Bob Skalstad is the President and CEO of SCI and an Executive Vice President and a Principal of Corporate Management Advisors (CMA). Bob has been instrumental in assisting CMA in becoming one of the nation’s leading and most respected executive search firms in the U.S. Over the years, CMA has broadened its reach to other industries including Vendor Management, Settlement Services, Technology, Insurance and Investment Banking. Since its inception the company has placed more than 7,000 executives.
In 2007, Skalstad created Skalstad Consulting, Inc. (SCI). The company was born in response to the recent “melt down” of the Financial Services Industry. Now more than ever, financial institutions and service providers are looking for new and creative ways to be more competitive, efficient and productive in the most challenging environment in years.
SCI delivers unique solutions to the Financial Services Industry (specifically, banking, mortgage banking, insurance, settlement services, vendor management, consulting and technology) to meet their needs. The synthesis and vision of SCI provides clients an edge over their competition.

Skalstad, a twenty five-year veteran of the financial services industry, joined CMA in 1996. He quickly became an integral member of the company and the management team. His background in financial services, technology, vendor management and consulting established his client list and reputation as a top performer with CMA and was the foundation for his decision to leverage his experience to create SCI. His employment background includes national account sales, management and consulting with companies such as; Unisys, co-founder of CMSI, TRW Information Services/Strategic Management Services and ALLTEL Information Services.
A key to Skalstad’s success is his commitment to building long-term client relationships. His belief in anticipating the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations with exceptional service and cutting-edge solutions has set the benchmark for SCI and the industry. Skalstad’s vision for the future is to continue to help clients achieve peak performance, maintain leadership positions and take their companies to the next level.
Skalstad received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the Towson State University in Baltimore, Maryland. His professional memberships include Mortgage Bankers Association, ALTA and TAVMA. He is very active as an industry speaker, conference presenter and moderator.
Raelin is versatile and energetic marketing strategist with experiences ranging from successful growth of an Internet advertising start-up to leading dynamic change at a 30-year-old, $300M title and settlement services corporation. Molded by cross-discipline studies at Carnegie Mellon University, Raelin is a twenty-year marketing communications veteran with more than fifteen years of digital marketing experience.
Prior to joining SCI, Raelin was Chief Digital Strategist at GatesmanMarmionDrake+Dave, Pittsburgh’s fastest growing advertising agency three years running. At GMD+D, Raelin led Web and social media efforts with national grocery distributor SUPERVALU, tri-state gaming firm MTR Gaming, national restaurant chain Quaker Steak and Lube, regional grocer SHOP ‘n SAVE, as a well additional agency accounts.
Having both agency and client experience, Raelin previously served as Marketing Director of National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS), a $300M national vendor management firm. At NREIS she planned and executed a closely integrated sales, marketing and public relations strategy leveraging Web, email, webinar, and social media campaigns in addition to traditional direct mail, trade show and PR activities. She also directed an internal advertising agency, Sharp Creative, that served mortgage industry partners such as Urban Settlement Services, SLS a division of HSBC, Credit Plus | Ariston, and ServiceLink (Fidelity). The agency also served clients such as EDMC, Eaton, University of Pittsburgh, ThoughtDrivers (Pitt Ohio Express), ABARTA, and VigilantMinds (now Solutionary).
Raelin also managed the interactive groups of Blattner Brunner/Lighthouse Interactive and then the marchFIRST, Pittsburgh office. At Brunner she was influential on many high-profile accounts including PPG Industries, SEI Investments, Advisorport (now PNC Managed Investments), Pittsburgh Paints, United Way and Pittsburgh Corning Glass Block. Internally, she was responsible for profit management, recruiting, personnel, quality, and processes as the team grew from 1 to 35. During her leadership, Lighthouse was designated two years in a row as one of the Top 100 Interactive Agencies in the country. Raelin has also been personally awarded a PNC Advisors, Recognition of Excellence for her leadership role in delivery of $2M Web Portal in just under 4 months.
